With acceptance into the NVIDIA® Tesla™ Preferred Provider (TPP) program, ClusterVision has further strengthened its position as one of Europe’s leading HPC providers, now including specific expertise for the build and support of accelerated cluster systems based on NVIDIA’s Tesla K10 and Tesla K20 GPU technologies.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 19 December 2012 — ClusterVision, Europe’s dedicated specialist for HPC cluster solutions, has announced its successful acceptance, on a company-wide basis, into the NVIDIA® Tesla™ Preferred Provider (TPP) program.
The Tesla Preferred Provider (TPP) program is a sales, marketing and business development framework for technical VARs, OEMs and ODMs who are driving growth of the high performance computing market by actively investing in NVIDIA Tesla based solutions. The TPP program is limited to a select group of partners who can demonstrate specific expertise in GPU computing, are trained in NVIDIA’s solutions, and who are able to deliver a high quality of service coverage to a designated territory or market.
Acceptance to the TPP program requires the completion of a certification, equipping Preferred Providers with the detailed knowledge and skills required to position, deliver and provide first level support for NVIDIA’s Tesla based solutions. ClusterVision has been certified as a Tesla Preferred Provider on a pan-EMEA basis, covering all of its focus geographies in Europe and The Middle-East.
“One of our key strengths is the breadth and quality of the relationships we have with our Technology Partners, so we are delighted to have demonstrated the skills and expertise to join the Tesla Preferred Provider program,” said Christopher Huggins, Commercial Director at ClusterVision. “We are actively building a number of accelerated HPC cluster systems based on both the Tesla K10 and the newly announced Tesla K20 GPU accelerator products. Certification as a Tesla Preferred Provider will allow us to capitalise on our expertise and to pass on a number of significant benefits to our customers.”
“We are delighted to welcome ClusterVision in the Tesla™ Preferred Provider (TPP) program,” said Walter Mundt-Blum, Vice President Professional Solutions EMEAI at NVIDIA. “The TPP program enables our partners to provide specialized GPU computing solutions to a wide range of customers as GPU based HPC solutions become more and more popular in science and manufacturing.”
As a Tesla Preferred Provider ClusterVision can now benefit from early and preferential availability of NVIDIA products, together with attractive pricing and other product promotions. Other benefits include the SimCluster program - an online test-drive solution for NVIDIA’s GPU-based solutions, rapid warranty replacements, a named support escalation and an on-going program of technical product training.
