We commit to:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within two working days. 
  • Conduct a thorough investigation and provide a prompt response, aiming to resolve the issue within ten working days. 
  • If a resolution cannot be reached within ten working days, we will communicate the reasons and establish a timeline for a resolution. 
  • Additionally, we will offer guidance on further steps if you remain unsatisfied with our initial response. 


We welcome your comments on various aspects, such as our products, services, and website. Your feedback serves as invaluable guidance in refining and enhancing our offerings to serve you better. All feedback received will be documented in our customer feedback recording system, treated confidentially, and managed in accordance with ClusterVision’s privacy policy. Management will review and monitor feedback monthly to identify opportunities for improvement.
